Nori Jabba

With more than 20 years of cross-sector experience, Nori brings both big picture and detail skills to client projects and loves to help companies, organizations and projects grow and develop through strategic communications, planning, partnerships and relationships. Prior to starting Jabba Development Strategies, Nori worked as Director of Public and Community Affairs for a real estate developer and as a Business Analyst, Planning Analyst and Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager for PG&E. She has an extensive network of key contacts and public officials throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and on the state and national level and was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce in 2011.

As a dedicated community leader, Nori has volunteered for and helped support numerous community non-profits over the years and served on several boards and committees. Key areas of support include affordable housing, historic preservation, and education. An accredited new urbanist, Nori is passionate about placemaking and smart growth and holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from George Washington University and a B.A. from Grinnell College. She is a writer in her free time.
